Celebrating the fire festival of Beltane (the half way point between Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice), a celebration of fire as we head to summer and more warmth, life, new growth and abundance.
Lots of core and twists in this practice and a focus on Manipura chakra, who's element is fire, and is our centre of decision making and confidence - the fire in our belly in every sense!
