40 Min Vinyasa Flow Yoga - Hip Openers, Balances, Twists, Nice Savasana

A Vinyasa Flow Yoga, with some nice twists, balances, hip openers and a nice savansana at the end. (It was meant to be 45 minutes but actually it's 41 minute to be precise - so please enjoy an extra few minutes savasana to take it up to 45!
I was feel ing mega stiff in this class and it felt good to stretch it out - let me know how you are feeling?

50 Minute Chilled Yoga Flow & Bit Of Core - Chilled 80's Tunes (Post Viral Mat Magic!)

This was me getting back on the mat (with Susie And Sunny!) after a few days of virus, it was so lovely to stretch and move! It was nice and chilled with a couple of more challenging poses thrown in, but overall chilled vibes. Lovely 80's chilled tunes too.

40 Min Beltane Manipura Chakra Flow - Core & Twists

Celebrating the fire festival of Beltane (the half way point between Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice), a celebration of fire as we head to summer and more warmth, life, new growth and abundance.

Lots of core and twists in this practice and a focus on Manipura chakra, who's element is fire, and is our centre of decision making and confidence - the fire in our belly in every sense!

30 Min Restorative Super Gentle Yoga Stretch For Love In A Tough World

A really gentle slow moving stretch based yoga class, with lots of deep breathing and relaxation (no planks in sight!)

The focus is Ahimsa (non-harming) and Anahata chakra (Heart) so it's all about love and compassion, much needed just now in a war torn world.
