30 Mins Pilates With Bala Bangles (Or Tins) For Extra Core
You can do this equipment free if you like, but you have the option to add intensity by using bala bangles (weighted bangles / anklets) or just tins of beans!
You can also use a small ball and dynamic band if you have them.
This class goes deep in to the core - enjoy!
