20 Minutes Chilled Gentle Pilates & Stretch For Tight Bodies
I was feeling really tight when I recorded this! So it was much needed.
Easy simple stretches with some very gentle bits of pilates. I use a strap (or you can use a band) at the end but don't worry if you don't have one.

This session is a lovely mix of gentle pilates mixed with stretch - I'm so annoyed though as I forgot to change one of the zoom sessions so you can't hear the music properly! It's very faint - but you an hear me. I'm uploading it anyway as it's a really nice session!
You will need a dynamic-band and a small ball, and cushion.
